Voice, files, and smarter delegation

  • Voice capture now works on all platforms — iOS, Android, macOS, and web — using the device microphone with real-time transcription
  • File upload with AI reading: attach PDFs, Word docs, and plain text files and Lifafa AI extracts every action item automatically
  • Smart delegation detection: AI now recognizes when a task belongs to someone else and automatically moves it to the Delegated section
  • Subtask breakdown in task detail view: tap any task to have AI generate a step-by-step breakdown
  • Bug fixes: profile switcher state now persists correctly across app restarts; snooze "next week" now lands on Monday morning

AI extraction, review queue, and snooze

  • AI task extraction powered by Claude: paste any messy input and get a structured list of tasks with priorities and estimates
  • Review queue: extracted tasks land in a staging area where you can approve, edit, or delete before they hit your main list
  • Work / Personal profile switcher — all tasks are tagged to a profile and visible across both in the combined calendar
  • Task detail view with AI-generated subtask breakdown, notes, and metadata editing
