The rules governing your use of Lifafa AI, written in plain language.

By creating an account or using Lifafa AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of Lifafa AI, including users of the iOS, Android, macOS, and web applications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Lifafa AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal and professional task management. You may:
The Service is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change. We'll give reasonable notice before ending any free early access period.
You retain full ownership of all content you add to Lifafa AI — your tasks, notes, captured text, and uploaded files are yours. By using the Service, you grant Lifafa AI a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for the content you add to the Service. You represent that you have the right to store and process any content you upload, and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Lifafa AI supports connecting your own AI provider API key (e.g., an Anthropic API key). When you provide an API key, you agree that you are responsible for all usage and costs associated with that key. Your key is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to Lifafa AI servers.
Use of third-party AI services through their APIs is also subject to those providers' own terms of service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI provider whose API you connect.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us at hello@lifafaai.com. Account deletion permanently removes your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service, or if we're required to do so by law. We'll give you notice where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
Lifafa AI is provided "as is" and "as available" during the early access period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifafa AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lifafa AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
