Lifafa AI uses Claude (Anthropic) to extract every action item, assign priorities, estimate time, and detect deadlines automatically. No API key needed — AI is included.
How AI capture works →Tap the camera icon in the capture bar and take a photo of a whiteboard, handwritten notes, or a sticky note. Lifafa AI reads the image and extracts all action items the same way as text input. Works with printed documents and handwriting.
Photo capture guide →Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and authorize the connection. Tasks with due dates will automatically appear on your Google Calendar. Full two-way sync (calendar events creating tasks) is coming in the next release.
Calendar setup →When you capture content, Lifafa AI sends it to Claude (Anthropic's AI) along with a structured prompt. Claude identifies every action item in your input and returns them as structured tasks. Here's what it fills in automatically:
Extracted tasks land in a review queue first. You approve, edit, or remove each one before it enters your task list. Nothing gets added without your confirmation.
